Sermon: The Soul at War

Soul Part 4
The Soul at War – 1 Peter 2:11
Listen Here:

There are times when we think that a guilty pleasure or a quick little indulgence of something we know is wrong won’t do us any harm. “I’ll do it just this once,” or “as long as it doesn’t become a habit,” or “no one will know, what does it matter?” are justifications we’ve all made at one point or another. But the Bible tells us that the passions of the flesh, whether they be sexual, or otherwise are waging war on our souls. War is serious and demands attention, especially when war is waged on us. Let’s see how 1 Peter 2:11 helps us.
