The past five years, Fondren Church has hosted a Christmas party for foster families in Hinds County. There are approximately 300 kids in the foster system in Hinds County, and this event is always a huge deal for these families. 

Last year, due to COVID-19, we changed the party to a drive-in Christmas movie to make sure it was safe for everyone to enjoy but still exciting for the kids. It was such a hit that we will be doing the same thing this year!

Here's where we need your help:

In addition to putting on the event, we’ll give each family a $25 Kroger gift card to help with holiday expenses and give each kid a Christmas gift. The cost for these will come from our annual ministry budget. You can click below and follow a link to purchase a gift for a child from our Target registry.

The party will be Thursday, December 9th, and we will start taking sign-ups for volunteers in November. Thank you for helping bless foster families in Hinds County!
