The past six years, Fondren Church has hosted a Christmas party for foster families in Hinds County. There are over 250 kids in the foster system in Hinds County alone, and this event is always a huge deal for these families. 

We are so excited to return to having our big party in the Community Center after doing a drive-in movie for the last two years due to COVID-19. We will have games, food, crafts, cookie-decorating, a photo booth, and more. We will also sing and share the Christmas story at the end of the night.

Here's where we need your help:

In addition to the event, we give each family a $25 Kroger gift card to help with holiday expenses and each kid a Christmas gift. We will be taking donations for these on our website. You can click below to donate for a Kroger gift card or purchase a gift for a child from our Target registry.

The party will be Thursday, December 15th, and we will start taking sign-ups for volunteers in November. Thank you for helping bless foster families in Hinds County!
